Privacy policy
Short version: this site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and no cookie banner, because it sets no cookies. If you email or message, that conversation is kept until it is no longer needed and is never sold or shared for marketing.
Who is responsible
Alpha Digital Studio Limited, trading as Alpha Digital, of Room 1601, One Island South, 2 Heung Yip Road, Wong Chuk Hang, Hong Kong SAR, is the controller of any personal data collected through this site. Questions, requests and complaints go to contact@alphadigital-studio.com.
What this site does not do
- No analytics. No Google Analytics, no Plausible, no visitor tracking of any kind.
- No advertising pixels. No Meta pixel, no TikTok pixel, no remarketing tags.
- No cookies are set by this site — which is why there is no consent banner to dismiss.
- No account, no login, and no newsletter list.
- Nothing is sold or shared with data brokers or advertisers, under any circumstances.
What is collected, and when

The lawful bases are performance of a contract for client work, legitimate interest for replying to enquiries and keeping the server secure, and legal obligation for accounting records.
Fonts are loaded from Google
This site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts. That means your browser requests files from Google's servers, and Google receives your IP address and the page you are viewing as part of that request. No cookie is set by it.
Self-hosting the fonts would remove that transfer entirely, and it is on the list of things to fix. It is stated here rather than omitted, because a privacy policy that quietly leaves out the one third party actually contacted is not worth reading.
Who else sees your data
- The host — Vercel Inc. (Covina, California, United States), which serves the site from a global edge network and holds the access logs. This means your IP address and the page requested are processed in the United States; that transfer is covered by Vercel's data processing addendum and its certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Email and messaging providers — the mail provider for contact@alphadigital-studio.com, and WhatsApp (Meta) if you choose to message or call +1 (213) 426-1571 instead. Messaging on WhatsApp means Meta processes that conversation under its own terms; email is available for anyone who would rather it did not.
- Platforms used for client work — where a project runs on Shopify, WordPress hosting or a payment provider, those companies process the data of that project under their own terms, and are named in the quotation.
No one else. There are no advertising or data-broker recipients.
Client content during a project
Running a project usually means being given access to a client's hosting, domain registrar or store admin, and receiving their text, images and product data. That access is used only for the agreed work, credentials are not shared with anyone else, and access is handed back or removed on completion. Clients are encouraged to change passwords once a project ends — and told so explicitly at handover.

Your rights
Wherever you are, you may ask for a copy of what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or object to it being held at all. Email contact@alphadigital-studio.com and you will get an answer within 30 days. No account, no form and no proof of identity is required beyond enough to be confident it is you.
If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. Doing so does not require raising it here first, though it will usually be quicker.
Children
This is a business-to-business service. It is not directed at children and no data is knowingly collected from them.
Changes
Any change is reflected in the date at the top of this page. The previous version, in force until September 2026, described identity documents collected for an earlier, discontinued offer. No such documents are collected any more.
