This site is published by Alpha Digital Studio Limited, a limited liability company registered in Hong Kong SAR under number , trading as Alpha Digital.
The trading name and the registered name differ, and that is stated here rather than left to be worked out: Alpha Digital is the name on this website, Alpha Digital Studio Limited is the entity on the public register.
This website is owned by Hossame-Eddine Laib, who is also its publication director and the sole director and shareholder of Alpha Digital Studio Limited, a private company limited by shares being incorporated in Hong Kong through a licensed trust or company service provider. Until the Certificate of Incorporation is issued, the company is described on this site as registration pending. He is reachable at the contact details below.

The registered office is the address of the registered agent, which is the address of public record. It is not a shopfront and there is nobody there to receive visitors — the work is done remotely, and email, phone or WhatsApp are the reliable ways to reach a person. See the contact page.
What this studio does
Alpha Digital is a digital advertising agency run by its founder: it manages paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and Snapchat for e-commerce brands and online businesses, and also builds websites, online stores and brand identities. Depending on the client, the media budget is either pre-funded to the company, which pays the platforms on the client's behalf, or kept on the client's own card. Fees are a percentage of the ad spend managed, agreed in writing before any campaign starts.
In detail: Alpha Digital designs and builds websites and online stores, and produces brand identities — logos, colour and typographic systems, and print-ready artwork for items such as business cards, flyers, menus and signage. It also provides ongoing website maintenance, and a free audit call for anyone considering a project. All of it is delivered remotely.
What this studio does not do
- No printing, manufacturing or installation. Print artwork is supplied as files. Producing and fitting the physical item — cards, menus, signage — is arranged by the client with their own supplier.
- No photography or video production. Clients supply their own imagery, or license it themselves.
- No copywriting. Clients supply the text for their site unless something different has been agreed in writing and priced.
- No legal, tax or financial advice. Where a website needs terms, a privacy policy or a returns policy, any drafting provided is a practical starting point and not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional in the client's own jurisdiction.
- No guarantee of search rankings, traffic or sales. Sites are built to technical standards that make good ranking possible. Where a site actually ranks depends on its market, its competitors and the content published afterwards, none of which is within this studio's control.
Third-party platforms and licences
Work is frequently delivered on platforms operated by others — among them Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Stripe and PayPal — and may use typefaces, plugins, themes or stock imagery licensed from third parties. Those platforms and licences are governed by their own terms, are billed by their own providers directly to the client, and are outside this studio's control. Any such cost is stated before work begins.
Intellectual property
On final payment, the client owns the deliverables produced for them: the site, the design files and the source artwork. Third-party components embedded in that work — typefaces, stock images, plugins — remain governed by their own licences, which are transferred or identified at handover.
The text, layout and code of this website itself remain the property of Alpha Digital Studio Limited. Screenshots of client projects are published with the knowledge of the clients concerned; the trade marks and brand names shown in them belong to their respective owners and appear solely to identify work that was carried out.

This site is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States (vercel.com). Vercel serves the site from a global edge network and holds the server access logs.
Accuracy of what is published here
Timescales and descriptions on this site are stated in good faith and reviewed at the date shown above. They describe standard packages; no prices are published, and the binding version of any engagement is the written quotation issued for it. Quotations are in US dollars or euros and exclude third-party platform, licence and hosting costs unless they say otherwise.
Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance. Work begins when a written quotation has been accepted by both parties.
Withdrawn pages
Pages published on this domain before 3 September 2026 described an earlier offer that has been withdrawn. They now return HTTP 410 and nothing in them should be relied on; the services of Alpha Digital are those described on this site as it stands today.
